So I asked my friends for suggestion on places to stay, where to visit, what to eat etc and boy have they delivered. Here is a quick rundown of the great suggestions Lisa and I have received over the past weeks.
My buddy Steven suggested the James hotel in Chicago. Spendy but after 3 weeks on the road a hot shower might be nice. I can only imagine the look on the valet's face when we pull up in a 3 week road trip van and I pull myself out of the seat to hand over the keys. I only hope my back doesn't make that wet sound when you pull away from pleather on a hot day. The sad part is that it might... and my seats are cloth.
TO boy Mike S has not only provided suggestions to us on places to visit and ride out of, he's provided shelter! Thanks Mike. He has hooked us up with this place and this place. Apparently this is 'the shit' for Ontario mtn biking.. I think I can see flat mountain up there.
